Balance and Coordination are carefully integrated into each workout at UPL, whether it be using your own balance, or incorporating the use of a Stability Ball, Bosu Ball, TRX Suspension Training, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Rings, or even a Playground Ball.  A strong foundation is very important, but can quickly fall over or crumble to the ground if not balanced properly.  UPL takes pride in helping each client work to their full potential to not only build a strong foundation, but a balanced one, too!
